Welcome to Hyde Park Allegro Music Camp 2025!
Greetings!
Thank you for visiting our Website! HPAMC will be celebrating its 15th anniversary this summer! Our focus is to teach children who are enthusiastic about exploring and expanding their musical interests. We will focus on our tradition of presenting one-hour hands-on introductory instrument sessions and will be introducing new instrument sessions this summer. Campers will move by learning Morris Folk Dancing and will learn rhythms and collaboration while playing in the handbell and percussion ensembles. Campers will also enjoy musical games which will reinforce music theory, learning about different composers and musical periods and styles.
Camp duration will be one week, August 11-15. Camp hours will be from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm with drop-off beginning at 9:00am. HPAMC will return to Church of St. Paul and the Redeemer in east Hyde Park. At the time of camp, current and necessary COVID-19 protocols will be enforced. Please note all instructors and counselors have been vaccinated.
